PAN Foundation (now the Patient Advocate Foundation) — Patient Access Research
Healthcare / Public Affairs
Developed and led a flagship annual research program tracking the experiences of Americans with chronic illnesses — covering healthcare access, affordability, clinical trials, and Medicare reform awareness. The research surveys thousands of patients annually and produces a national scorecard across five dimensions of access to care.
The findings are used to advocate for patients with chronic illness, influence public policy, and educate patients about available resources. The work has been covered in The American Journal of Managed Care and Informa Connect.
UNICEF USA — Voices of the Future
Nonprofit / Public Affairs
Led a national survey of over 3,000 young Americans (ages 14–22) on their perspectives on political inclusion and representation, conducted in the run-up to the 2024 presidential election.
Initially a one-off project won through a competitive proposal process, the success of this engagement led the client to make it an annual initiative and a core part of their communications strategy. The research was featured in Forbes.
Parents of 20-Somethings — Converge Session
Qualitative Research / Converge Facilitation
Designed and facilitated a Converge session with 15 parents of adult children (ages 21–29), exploring how parents assess their children’s progress, what messages stuck, and where parents feel they can — and can’t — weigh in.
The session surfaced a core tension: parents worry most about their children’s social lives and relationships, but feel they have almost no standing to intervene there. Participants rated the Converge platform 9.27 out of 10 for effectiveness.
